HR & Employee Features

1. Overview

The AutoCRM module provides foundational Human Resources capabilities linked to the core CRM User management.

2. Human Resources (HumanResource)

Represents an Employee profile, distinct from a System User.

  • Role: Stores employment details, contracts, and personal data not needed for system login.
  • Link to User: A HumanResource record is often linked to a User entity (1:1 relationship), allowing the system to associate login activity with an employee file.

3. Holiday Management (Holiday)

Tracks employee leave and public holidays.

  • Usage: Can be used for resource capacity planning (e.g., in Production module).
  • Fields:
    • Date: The specific date of the holiday.
    • Type: Public Holiday, Vacation, Sick Leave.
    • User: The employee taking the leave (optional for Public Holidays).

4. Organization

  • Teams: Uses the standard EspoCRM Team entity to group employees (e.g., "Sales Team", "Warehouse Staff").
  • Roles: Uses standard ACL Roles for permission management.
